SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
Once products are shipped we will text/email or messenger you a copy of the receipt with a tracking number.

What are your delivery options?
All Shipping is done through the United States Postal Service USPS.  Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours.

How do I return an item?

Simply D'Vine (SD) offers returns for store credit ONLY. Please contact SD within three business days of receiving your purchase to receive a store credit. You will receive a coupon code which will be your last name as the code to use towards a future purchase, pending the items are returned in the same condition sent. The item(s) are considered a final sale on the fourth day following your purchase date. A store credit is not inclusive of shipping charges. Accessories are Final Sales. All items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased with tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Do you provide International delivery?
Simply D'vine will be happy to ship International however shipping will vary depending on the location.

 

Pre-Orders

Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor. We will certainly notify you as soon as this has been brought to our attention. All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email or messenger when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases.
